New Ford Endeavour Engine and Transmission
The new Ford Endeavour comes with different engine choices. You can pick from two types of 2.0-liter turbo-diesel engines: one with a single turbo and another with twin turbos. There’s also a new 3.0-liter V6 turbo-diesel engine, similar to the one in the new Ranger. You can choose between a 6-speed manual transmission or a 10-speed automatic transmission, depending on the engine you go for. In some places, you can even get the SUV with a 2-wheel drive setup.
New Ford Endeavour Safety Features
The new Ford Endeavour SUV prioritizes safety with a range of advanced features. It boasts nine airbags placed strategically throughout the vehicle, ensuring comprehensive protection in the event of a collision. Additionally, the SUV offers hands-free parking capabilities, allowing for effortless parking maneuvers without the need for manual steering input. Furthermore, its adaptive cruise control system, coupled with lane keep assist functionality, helps maintain a safe distance from other vehicles on the road while also ensuring the SUV stays within its lane. Another standout safety feature is Ford’s Pre-Collision Assist with Intersection Assist, which proactively applies the brakes if it detects an imminent collision with either the vehicle ahead or oncoming traffic, enhancing overall collision avoidance capabilities.
