Hero Glamour Suspension and Brakes
The Hero Glamour has a new frame shaped like a diamond. This frame is connected to a front fork that can extend like a telescope and two shock absorbers at the back. These changes mean that the bike can handle bumps and rough roads better.
Now, when you ride the Glamour, you’ll notice that the front suspension can travel 14% more, and the rear suspension can travel 10% more compared to before. This makes your ride smoother and more comfortable.
The basic version of the Glamour comes with a 240mm disc brake in the front and a 130mm drum brake in the back. This setup helps you stop safely and quickly when you need to.
The space between the ground and the bottom of the bike, called ground clearance, is now 180mm. This is 30mm higher than the previous version of the Glamour. It means you can ride over obstacles without worrying about scraping the bottom of the bike.
If you want even better braking performance, you can choose to have a disc brake installed on the front wheel.
The rear tire is now wider, with a size of 100-section. It’s stopped using a drum brake. This combination helps with stability and stopping power.
Hero Glamour Features
Hero has made the Glamour even cooler by adding a digital console. This console tells you things like how far you’ve gone, how fast you’re going, and how much fuel you have left, all in real-time. Plus, they’ve thrown in a spot to charge your phone, which makes life easier.
But wait, there’s more! The Glamour is packed with some features you won’t find in other bikes in its class. It can connect to your phone via Bluetooth, so you can use navigation from Google Maps right on your bike. There’s also a special indicator to show you which gear you’re in, and a sensor that can detect if the bike falls over and turn off the engine to keep it safe. Oh, and if you forget to put the side stand up, the engine will automatically switch off. Plus, it’s got a fancy LED headlight that the regular version doesn’t have. You can get it in four different colors: Sports Red, Tornado Grey, Techno Blue, and Radiant Red.
Hero Glamour Engine
The Hero Glamour now has a new engine that meets the BS6 standards. It’s a 125cc engine, which means it’s quite powerful. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox, making it easy to shift gears. This engine can produce 10.83 horsepower and 10.6 Newton-meters of torque, which means it’s got good power and can move quickly.
